      The point on tips could be contentious where staff utilise the opportunity for exploitation. In certain industries it must then be discouraged.

      hard work and profit, can meet in a point where workers are treated with respect. but, supervision is still part of treating workers with respect as it is part of what a business owner is expected of. recognizing a ready to work employee and the push to start employee makes supervision easy for the business owner.
